Our “Monte Rosa” label is aged for 25 years and is made from cooked grape must that has been acidified and refined in small barrels of fine wood including Oak, Cherry, Chestnut, Mulberry, and Juniper. It combines acidity and sweetness finely harmonized by the passage of time.
